About

Working with Agile is about practical approaches for implementing Agile and Lean Software Development methods

In the last few years I've been mesmerized with how many people were intimidated by Agile and its implications to their organizations.
What impresses me the most is that people think Agile/Lean means no compromise and they have to follow all the "rules." They think if they estimate or write a charter document to receive funding by their organization it isn’t considered Agile.
Working with Agile gives you the understanding that it’s the journey that matters and not the destination. Yes, if you follow all of the rules of Agile you will probably be hyper-productive; however, it might not be your organization’s goal.
Don't get me wrong, you should aim for being as hyper-productive as you can be.
Once again, welcome and have a fun journey towards hyper-productivity.
